Shipping policy

Shipping PolicyThe Dog Store currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options and charges. Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Individual products may have different delivery requirements and these will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery. We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being placed.

Delivery estimates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Delivery address. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thedogstore.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged deliveries. If your parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us at hello@thedogstore.uk with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging and item.

Click and collect. Where click and collect is offered at checkout, collection instructions and availability will be provided with your order confirmation.
