Eligible purchases add points to your existing loyalty balance.

Open the Rewards panel, select an available reward and use its code at checkout.
THE PROGRAMME
Thoughtful rewards, wherever you shop.
- Earn
- 1 point for every £1 spent. Eligible purchases earn points online and in-store.
- Redeem
- 100 points for £3 off. Redeem at Shopify checkout or through Shopify POS.
- OPW members
- Eligible rewards can combine with membership discounts online. In-store, choose either your membership discount or points redemption for each transaction.

Your account, checkout and membership benefits stay connected.
Rewards are issued through Shopify and remain tied to your customer account. If you are an Oxford Pet Whisperers member, your existing membership status remains managed separately through Shopify.
